Our team is acting as Ukrainian law expert for NPC Ukrenergo, a state-owned electricity transmission system operator, in UNCITRAL investment arbitration under the Russia–Ukraine BIT concerning the unlawful expropriation of strategic energy assets in Crimea following the annexation of the peninsula.

Represented a financial leasing company in ICAC arbitration in the case involving a large fleet of cargo railway cars, where the claimant sought amendment or termination of the lease agreement due to a material change in circumstances.

Represented the Republic of Moldova in proceedings before the Ukrainian courts (including the Supreme Court) in the case concerning the recognition and enforcement of an arbitral award rendered in the investment arbitration Energoalians LLC v. Republic of Moldova as well as in the case concerning recognition and enforcement of the Paris Appellate Court judgment.
