• THE REPUBLIC OF MOLDOVA in proceedings before the Kyiv Court of Appeals and the Supreme Court related to recognition and enforcement of an arbitral award rendered in the investment arbitration case Energoalians TOB v. Republic of Moldova
• MAJORITY SHAREHOLDERS OF NEMIROFF VODKA LIMITED on the appointment by court of a receiver in the BVI over shares of minority shareholders and conducting the sale of these shares at a public auction to satisfy the debt owed by minority shareholders to majority shareholders and on the LCIA arbitration on a claim initiated by minority shareholders for specific performance of their allegedly violated right of first refusal and transfer of part of majority shareholders’ shares to minority shareholders for the latter to acquire a blocking vote stake in the company
• GROUP OF BVI COMPANIES, as the respondents, in the LCIA arbitration in connection with a post-M&A dispute for alleged breach of obligations under the share purchase agreement in a dispute related to the sale of one of the largest agro holdings in Ukraine.
